- Music / Entertainment Scouts ( all candidates must be a member! FREE )
- On-Air Personalities (Bring a CD or Minidisc)
- Correspondents and Street Interviewers (especially for upcoming municipal elections in Montreal)
- Content Producers - (bring weblinks of your work)
- Technical Personnel - Web design, podcasting/blogging/RSS implimentation - audio network technicians
Sorry, these early foundation meetings are for proven professionals in their field, who as MENTORS are directly or indirectly involved in production. However, RadioCool.ca encourages everyone to join as a member, and invites learners to take the excellent courses at the Atwater Library.
Content Providers (at Community Cafés):
If you you wish to be a Content Provider (Music, Spoken Word, Current Affairs), Creative Content Collection meetings are held at cafés around Montreal including Picadello Café 1394 St-Catherine Ouest - Become a volunteer member (FREE) and choose the place and date convienient for you to share your creativity with RadioCool.ca

Talent Pool for Satellite and Terrestrial Digital Radio Broadcasters
Satellite Radio is coming to Canada in a few short months. Cool to be Canadian has contacted
Canadian Satellite Radio (XM Radio partner in Canada) and SIRIUS Satellite Radio
to collect subscriptions and offer independent, unsigned Canadian Content in French and English, contributing to the the 85% Can Con requirement to fill over 300 hours a day with Canadian Talent. Our non-profit organization hopes to work cooperatively with all three broadcasters to stimulate, promote and channel new Canadian talent and programming across Canada and North America

Satellite Radio is coming to Canada in the fall of 2005, and Cool.ca is seeking CANADIAN CONTENT for the new channels!
Are you a talented Canadian? Would you sound good on radio? Cool music, spoken word, documentary or something innovative and new?
RadioCool.ca teamed up with Cool.ca, Invisible Cities and Cool to be Canadian® to offer the new CRTC licenced broadcasters the creation of a production pool of Cool Canadian Artists for broadcast on DIGITAL RADIO across North America.
Canadians are full of Talent, and you probably know even more creative artists that would benefit from "Banding Together" to produce a pool of Canadian content for the ever-expanding channels of the digital universe!
If you are interested in participating in this pool of creative content as an artist, producer, director, recording technician, interview host, network technician, booking agent etc., visit the RadioCool.ca web site.
UPDATE: The Cool Content Crew was at the ICN Conference on Sept 10, 2005, welcoming artists who signed up through Cool.ca - Submitted their Demo CD ( make sure you're on our list first!) - We also recorded "30 second promos" (in performers' best "Radio Voice") to be included in our Canadian Content lineup.
